Organization: Bachaa Party
𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional for the position of 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐈𝐓 to lead and manage the organization’s information technology infrastructure, systems and support operations.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Lead a Team of Server, Systems and Network administrators.
o Lead end-to-end IT setup for new store openings including infrastructure planning, implementation, and stabilization.
o Manage POS system deployment, configuration, and post-launch support until full stabilization of store operations.
o Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN networks across retail stores, CWH, HO and RO.
o Ensure seamless connectivity and data flow between stores, warehouse, and centralized systems.
o Oversee IT infrastructure including servers, network equipment, firewalls, and related hardware.
o Manage retail POS systems and ensure uninterrupted operations across all outlets.
o Provide full support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Retail/Finance & Operations), including coordination, troubleshooting, and vendor management.
o Monitor and maintain network performance, security, and uptime across all locations.
o Lead IT support for store teams during launch phase and post-launch stabilization.
o Manage IT vendors, ISPs, and service providers for timely delivery and issue resolution.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
o 8–10 years of relevant IT experience
o Strong hands-on experience in retail IT infrastructure and field deployments.
o Expertise in new store IT setups (POS, networking, hardware, connectivity).
o Strong command on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Retail/ERP environments).
o Fortinet Firewalls experience would be considered as added on.
o Experience in server management, troubleshooting, and IT support operations.
o Strong problem-solving and on-ground execution skills.
o Ability to manage multiple store rollouts simultaneously.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Provide first-line IT support to Head Office and CWH users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
o Troubleshoot and resolve desktop/laptop issues including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
o Support LAN/WAN connectivity issues and ensure stable network operations across HO and CWH.
o Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and productivity tools.
o Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions as per company policy.
o Diagnose and resolve printer, scanner, and peripheral device issues.
o Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets and provide on-ground support when required.
o Assist in IT setup for new users, including device provisioning and system configuration.
o Coordinate with vendors and senior IT staff for escalated technical issues.
o Maintain IT inventory and ensure proper documentation of assets.
o Support basic server and network monitoring under supervision.
o Ensure adherence to IT policies, security standards, and data protection guidelines.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
o 2–3 years of relevant IT support experience
o Experience in retail or multi-site environment will be preferred
o Strong knowledge of desktop support (Windows OS, MS Office, troubleshooting).
o Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, connectivity issues).
o Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting (PCs and printers).
o Knowledge of IT ticketing systems and support processes.
