š‰šØš› š‘šžš¬š©šØš§š¬š¢š›š¢š„š¢š­š¢šžš¬:

  • Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
  • Support distributors to increase overall sales
  • Evaluate store and individual performances
  • Report on regional sales results
  • Forecast quarterly and annual revenue
  • Identify hiring needs, select and train new sales team
  • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
  • Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition for new customer

  • MBA in Marketing
  • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in retail brand or any industry
