Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya is looking to find a good profiles for “Site Supervisor – Civil” for DHA Bungalows, Karachi.
Education:– A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Experience:– Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil construction, preferably in supervisory roles.
Job Description:-
- Supervise and manage all construction activities at the DHA bungalow site.
- Ensure that construction projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve any technical issues or discrepancies.
- Monitor and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all construction activities.
- Inspect the construction site regularly to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and laborers, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of all construction activities, including progress reports, material usage, and site records.
- Manage and resolve any construction-related issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.
- Collaborate with the project manager to ensure effective communication and coordination between all stakeholders.
- Ensure that the construction site is clean, organized, and free from any hazards.
