Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya is looking for an experienced and proactive 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 (Civil Department) at Warehouse, Korangi, Karachi to manage and oversee all civil and facility-related maintenance operations across our retail outlets, head office, warehouses, and factory premises.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on experience in civil maintenance or facility management
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:-
- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil maintenance activities across multiple sites including retail outlets, corporate offices, warehouses, and production units.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to building infrastructure such as electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, tiling, painting, water seepage, roofing, and civil structures.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for repair and renovation work.
- Monitor and ensure safety compliance and quality standards at all locations.
- Evaluate and maintain electrical panels, backup power systems, and lighting systems in line with operational requirements.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to identify maintenance needs and implement timely solutions.
- Maintain a log of all maintenance activities, costs, and budgets for ongoing and completed work.
- Support expansion projects and renovations in collaboration with the projects and design teams.
- Lead a team of technicians and ensure their work is aligned with quality and performance standards.
- Implement energy-efficient and cost-effective facility management strategies.
