AK Marketing (a Fashion Retail Firm) is looking for an Inventory Audit Executive for its Head Office in Karachi.
The job responsibilities include:
- Conduct monthly audits of operations, inventory & financial controls of stores & warehouses.
- Analyze gaps, prepare monthly reports & maintain required data
Requirement: - Responsible for auditing assigned group of Stores’ daily POS transactions, ensuring accurate recording of sales, tender types, cash over/ short, and other related activity
- Validate assigned Stores’ daily cash deposits; monitor for and communicate variances
- Effectively communicate with Stores, Field Management, Store Operations, and Loss
- Prevention functions on exceptions and requests
- Reconcile monthly Bank Statements, entering adjustments as necessary
- Enforce Company Policies and Procedures to ensure compliance
- Perform special projects to support Manager, Sales Audit/ Inventory Control team, Finance Management or others as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous 2 to 3 years of retail/inventory audit experience
- At least graduate
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
