We’re Hiring: Regional Sales Manager (EV Bike)

Join our dynamic team as “Regional Sales Manager – EV Bike” to drive sales performance & expand market presence while ensuring strong dealer networks and customer satisfaction to support sustainable business growth.
- Regional Sales Manager (EV Bike)is responsible to:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.
- Identify and expand dealer/distributor networks across key regions.
- Manage and monitor sales performance, forecasting and pipeline tracking.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, key accounts and corporate clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL).
- Drive brand positioning and awareness for EV bikes.
- Manage product launches, promotions and activation campaigns.
- Oversee digital marketing channels (social media, website, performance marketing).
- Collaborate with agencies for creative development and campaign execution.
- Identify new market segments and partnerships (B2B, fleet, ride-sharing, delivery services).
- Explore opportunities in government and corporate EV initiatives.
- Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–7 years of experience in sales and marketing (preferably in automotive, EV or consumer durable industry).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Experience in dealer network management and market expansion..
