Looking for an experienced “Finance Manager” to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate accounting records, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, compliance, cash flow management, and internal controls.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:
- Lead the organization’s overall finance strategy and execution.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure accurate accounting records and compliance with financial regulations.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
- Develop and monitor financial controls, policies, and procedures.
- Lead the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Identify financial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Drive process improvements and finance systems optimization.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:
- ICMA / CA / ACCA Qualified/ Part Qualified.
- 4 – 5 years of relevant finance & accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial controls.
- Experience in reporting, and analysis.
