The Kidney Centre Jobs Quality Assurance Manager:
The Kidney Centre is a centrally located specialty hospital, in the 4th decade of operation. We offer a collegial workplace experience with balanced work hours and competitive compensation. We seek a Quality Assurance Manager to ensure adherence to the highest standards of care and industry regulatory requirements.
The appointee will
· Monitor and review the QA procedures and align with Sindh Healthcare Commission, ISO, and other relevant regulatory bodies’ standards and guidelines.
· Conduct regular QA reviews of the Clinical and Laboratory departments.
· Identify areas that do not meet the requirements and enforce policies and procedures to accomplish quality assurance objectives.
· Meet with all department HoD’s to ensure that quality standards are met.
· Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
· Other tasks assigned by the Administrator/Nursing Manager
Job Requirement and Specification:
· Post RN BScN/MBBS degree with 4 to 6 years of experience in a relevant field, managing Quality Assurance operations and activities.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written including excellent report writing
