Audionic Jobs Regional Sales Manager RSM:
𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐜 , Pakistan no. 1 Speakers Brand is looking to hire “𝐑𝐒𝐌 (𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫)” for its Karachi South Region .
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- Support distributors to increase overall sales
- Evaluate store and individual performances
- Report on regional sales results
- Forecast quarterly and annual revenue
- Identify hiring needs, select and train new sales team
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition for new customer
𝐀𝐠𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭: (Max 40)
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- MBA in Marketing
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in retail brand or any industry
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good interpersonal skills
