We are hiring for Technical Lead.
Department: Managing Inbound and Outbound Call Center Operations

Qualification: BS in Telecommunication, CS or Electronics.
Certification in CCNA will be added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Call Center Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- People Management/Coaching
- Resolving technical queries of TSE
- Handling senior calls when requested by the customer
- Lead and Manage the operation of the technical support campaign
- Rotational Shift timings
