Sana Safinaz is looking for the position of “Manager Stores” at Site Production Unit.

Job Description:

• Plan and manage stock movements from all stores
• Prepare and share inventory movement reports
• Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning tasks.
• Follow up for all running article as per planning sheet & apply the same process onwards
• Strong coordination with all relevant departments
• Analyze critical consumption pattern of inventory for expected demand and maintain optimum inventory level
• Make sure to maintain all data in SAP & excel sheet with proper gate pass record
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and report concerns to senior management
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the store functions are as per defined SOPs
• Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
• Ensure to resolve complaints with concern department for any incorrect receiving
• To take precautionary steps for the safety and hygiene in store premises

Job Specification:

Qualification: Masters or Graduate from reputed university in Supply Chain will be preferred

Experience: 5 to 6 years working experience in similar position at retail fashion firm
