We’re looking for Area Sales Managers | South & North Region I & II* to join our growing team and drive sales performance, strengthen dealer relationships, and contribute to JETOUR Pakistan’s continued growth.
Location: South & North Region – I & II Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2+ Years in Automotive Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily sales and operational activities across assigned dealerships.
Identify market opportunities and drive business expansion initiatives.
Monitor sales trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and action plans to achieve goals.
Ensure effective implementation of company policies, standards, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and support product launches.
Requirements:
BBA / MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in business development, sales management, preferably within the automotive industry.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in business reporting and performance analysis.
Willingness to travel extensively within the Central Region.
