- Work order request to Inventory management Department
- Program copy submission to concern region with proper shades and details
- Maintain local fabric or ROT status category wise (PO/approvals & receiving)
- Coordinate with Sourcing concerns for updated status of articles
- Check Quality report of rejected fabric and discuss alternate with Sourcing execution team
- Maintain Strike off submission, approval date’s record
- Highlight unallocated articles timely
- Maintain Received fabric vs. Required fabric drop wise sheet on weekly basis
- Maintain Season wise proto & PP deadlines twice in a week ( category wise)
Ensure proper data entry to avoid any mishap

Job Description:
- Assigning & analyzing of workload distribution to merchandising staff.
- Monitoring merchandising activities of all stake holders from fabrication to cutting till goods dispatch.
- Manage proper data storage related to Merchandising
- Vendor dealing & rate negotiations
- Endorsing the fabric plans, production orders, and vendor quotations.
- Overseeing the planning and implementation of merchandising strategies.
- Audit regularly to ensure standard operating procedures are being adhered to.
- Daily floors visits to see physical status of related products & resolving on floor issues timely
- Efficient planning to ensure that fabric plans are timely made and executed to relevant departments.
- Regular follow ups with in-house and outsource facilities
- Strong follow up with PD department about Proto & PP samples
- Making sure costings are properly done, checked, endorsed and on par with PD’s costings
- Team building & performance evaluation of sub ordinates

Job Description:
- Managing daily merchandise activities of files issuance, BOM making, production orders etc.
- To manage internal order sheets, status & planning of orders in hand.
- Responsible for preparing Garment costing and correspondence with internal/external vendors
- Prepare fabric plans, submission & coordinate with sourcing department
- Responsible to follow up Proto & PP samples with PD Department.
- Responsible to order trims, making sure of timely procurement.
- Able to understand garment chemistry, fabric knowledge & process flow.
- Able to resolve issues and organize tasks as per Time & Action Plan (TNA) to meet deadlines.
- Prepare Season wise production planning & follow up.
- Sampling & approvals of Printing, handwork, outsource dyeing, Shifli, laser cut etc.
- Maintain the quality of product as per standards.
- Coordinate with Production team (both in-house & CMTs) for developing product.
- To ensure that each month dispatch targets are defined & met.
