Position: Team Leader Operations
City: Sialkot
Team Leader works as the supervisor to manage the Operational staff for the designated product/business segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervises & ensures the following
• Timely pickups & deliveries of shipments
• Strict compliance of Standard Operating procedures in all operational activities
• Coordination with Security Department for ensuring Strict security of Operations Room and places where material is being handled
• Receiving of inbound material & forwarding of outbound material
• Immediate handling of Operational Disorders and their speedy resolution
• Coordination with Customer Services Department for effective & efficient resolution of customers’ complaints
• Better understanding & coordination with sales department for providing customized service to our clients
• Imparts on the job training & coaching to couriers and other operations staff
• Coordination with Admin Department for ensuring Personal appearance & grooming of couriers, maintenance of their motorbikes and availability of courier kits
• Attendance & punctuality of staff
• Timely departure of couriers for deliveries
Qualification: Bachelors/ Masters
Experience: Minimum 4-5 years Courier Operations
Age: upto 45 Years
