Position Title: Head of Campaigns-Food

Responsibilities:

Supervise a cross-functional team of campaign leads responsible to drive growth for
Food Business (Restaurants, Homechefs). Strategic development of messages and
deliverables to ensure that every campaign is not only about creative but delivers
business objectives
Prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short- and long-term
needs, establishing campaign schedules by collaborating with content writers,
designers and production departments
Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic and
creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally
responsible manner
Review and approve campaign concepts developed by your team, agency and our
regional teams, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and
challenges
Produce fresh, innovative work that follows recent trends and reflects the tone of
voice of the brand
Present, or oversee the presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for
deliverables
Monitor campaign performance and results data in line with campaign objectives and
continuously beat previous benchmarks
Drive incremental sessions and traffic to the platform through effective content
creation, segmentation and targeting.

Requirements:

A Masters or MBA in Marketing, Economics, or Business from a top university
7+ years experience in brand management for hyper-growth stage companies
Experience in E-Commerce, FMCG, Telecom, Advertising and QSR sectors
Excellent analytical skills, independent thinking, and data-oriented
Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous
environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Creative, entrepreneurial, curious, flexible, and highly motivated personality
Strong organizational skills and you know how to prioritize your projects
Ability to build and review the work of the campaign team and lead them to better
results. Develop them and inspire them to be better every day
Experience in analyzing brand tracking, market trends, consumer need, and the
competitive landscape
Exceptional familiarity with data and metrics review to report on campaign
performance, as we are a very data-driven company.
Experience in spearheading and managing campaign strategy for both small-scale
and large-scale projects, harnessing data and insights.
