Qualifications: BBA / MBA from a reputable university

Experience & Skills: Should have at least 2 years of experience in Learning & Development segment of HR. Should have ample PR with Training Agencies. Confident to solely organize trainings & employee engagement activities. Knowhow of PMS & KPIs. Should have excellent communication (Written & verbal) Skills. Able to write good content.
