This 12 to 18 month Zong GTO programme focusses on hiring fresh talent from Pakistan’s most prestigious universities and equipping them with the right tools to be able to succeed in their careers at Zong. We are looking for individuals who project personal leadership skills, commitment, and passion for learning. Graduates are hired through a selection process which includes interviews, tests, and assessment centers. As a graduate trainee you will experience customized trainings catered towards your developmental needs, a mentorship programme ensuring you learn from certified mentors, and grow as part of Pakistan’s No. 1 Network.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Education: Fresh Graduates (2020) holding Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Security, Software Engineering or equivalent
- Score/CGPA: Minimum 2.5 CGPA or 70% Marks required
- Age: maximum 26 years (at the time of hiring)
- Work Experience: Less than 01 year
