GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN
SITUATIONS VACANT: National School of Public Policy (NSPP) is the premier institution for training of civil servants in Pakistan, established under National School of Public Policy Ordinance 2002. The overarching aim of the NSPP includes improvement in the quality and effectiveness of Public Policies and Management in Pakistan.
The National School of Public Policy intends to make recruitment against the following posts on contract basis for an initial period of three years, extendable by two terms of one year each subject to satisfactory performance, with MP-I package:
1. Dean, Pakistan Administrative Staff College (PASC) (MP-I)
No. of Posts: 1
Qualification & Experience
MPhil / Master of Arts in Public Policy, Economics, Finance, Management, Public Administration, HR Development, Law, Strategic and Security Studies, History, Political Science, International Relations and other relevant subjects of social sciences from HEC recognized institute.
Experience:
22 years of Research/training/teaching experience from an HEC recognized institution
OR
22 years of professional/practical experience in the relevant field.
Skill Set:
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver leadership training courses for senior executives of the Public Sector; Outward looking with excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
Age Limit: 45-62 Years on the date of applying for the position.
2. Dean, Executive Development Institute (MP-I)
No. of Posts: 1
Qualification & Experience
MPhil / Master of Arts in Public Policy, Economics, Finance, Management, Public Administration, HR Development, Law, Strategic and Security Studies, History, Political Science, International Relations and other relevant subjects of social sciences from HEC recognized institutions.
Experience:
15 years of Research/training/teaching experience from a recognized Teaching/research institution
OR
15 years of professional/practical experience in the relevant field.
Skill Set:
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver knowledge/skill enhancement programs for senior leadership; Facilitate holding informed & focused discussions on issues of policy & generate reports; outward-looking with excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
Age Limit: 45-62 Years on the date of applying for the Position.
