QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
A bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Management, or a related field; relevant experience in education programs, school management, field coordination, monitoring, or community engagement; and experience coordinating with government departments or education partners.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Strong coordination, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct regular field visits across the district and follow up on school-level actions.
- Good report-writing, documentation, and data-management skills.
- Ability to work with school teams, communities, government officials, and partner organizations professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital data/reporting systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, accountability, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
