Position: Procurement Officer/ Executive
Location: Lahore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Experience Level: 2–4 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas, Petroleum, Engineering, Manufacturing, or similar industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete procurement cycle, including RFQs, quotation evaluation, negotiations, purchase orders, and supplier follow-up.
- Source and procure materials, spare parts, tools, equipment, consumables, and services, particularly for Workshop, Operations, and Maintenance requirements.
- Obtain competitive quotations, prepare comparative statements, negotiate commercial terms, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments, Stores, Finance, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and resolution of procurement issues.
- Maintain procurement records, monitor supplier performance, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and approval procedures.
Requirements: Vendor Management, Negotiation, Market Sourcing, Comparative Statements, Purchase Orders, MS Office/Excel, and ERP/SAP.
