Take on a strategic leadership role where you will lead the internal audit function, provide independent assurance, and help drive a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver the Annual Internal Audit Plan for Board/Audit Committee approval
• Lead and execute internal audits across the organisation
• Provide independent assurance on risk management and governance frameworks
• Monitor and report on audit findings and follow-up actions
• Recommend improvements to internal controls and business processes
• Partner with senior management and act as a trusted advisor
• Support compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or related field
• Proven experience in Internal Audit, Risk, or Financial Services (management level preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management and control frameworks
• Understanding of BPNG Prudential Standards and relevant legislation
• Ability to present to senior leadership and Board-level stakeholders
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills
