📍 Location: Head Office
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate effective communication between Head Office and retail branches.
- Act as a key point of contact for branch-related operational matters and ensure timely follow-up.
- Monitor and track branch requests, issues, and operational requirements for timely resolution.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of branch activities and requirements.
- Support the retail team in resolving day-to-day operational challenges and escalating matters when required.
- Prepare regular updates and reports on branch-related activities and pending matters.
- Ensure effective coordination and information flow between branches and Head Office.
