We Are Hiring Sales Coordinator
Role Overview: The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing sales data, preparing reports and coordinating with internal departments. This role ensures accurate CRM/ERP records, smooth sales operations and timely reporting to support business objectives.
Location: Karachi | Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, verify and maintain accurate sales data in Target Live CRM and ERP systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and dashboards for management review.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Finance and HR departments to ensure smooth information flow and timely updates.
- Monitor nationwide sales team attendance, daily activities performance and sales targets, and share reports with management.
- Resolve Target Live CRM issues and provide operational support to the sales team.
- Assist the National Sales Manager (NSM) in preparing sales analysis, performance reports and business presentations.
- Process and maintain sales expense claims for the nationwide sales team while ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Sound knowledge of CRM and ERP systems.
- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
