International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is looking for a 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲/𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 – 𝗚𝗥𝗖 (𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲) to support and execute the implementation of GRC accross the group companies, in coordination of the Head of the GRC function.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Support and execute risk management activities, including maintenance of risk registers, action plans and follow-ups with departments.
- Assist in conducting critical risk assessments across operational, financial, compliance and strategic areas.
- Support preparation of Board papers.
- Coordinate documentation for policies, procedures, SOPs and internal control frameworks.
- Track compliance requirements under Companies Act, SECP regulations, PSX Listing Regulations, internal policies, etc.
- Draft correspondence, summaries and minutes of meetings as required.
- Maintain accurate recordkeeping and documentation control.
- Assist in training and awareness activities for policies and controls.
- Perform any other assignments from the Group Company Secretary & Head of GRC.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
- Business/Finance/Law Graduates or ACCA/CA (part qualified)
- Understanding of corporate governance, risk management, or compliance is preferred.
- Strong writing, analytical and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines.
