We are looking for a dynamic and experienced “Deputy Manager – Facility & Maintenance” to lead facility operations and maintenance activities, ensuring smooth business operations, asset reliability and compliance with safety standards.
📍 Location: Abbottabad & Faisalabad
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
💼 Experience: 8–10 years of relevant experience in facility management, building maintenance, and engineering operations, preferably in retail, commercial, or large-scale organizations.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day facility and maintenance operations across the assigned location.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and civil systems.
- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of building services and critical equipment.
- Manage maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor facility-related budgets, maintenance expenses, and vendor performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Lead facility improvement projects and coordinate with internal stakeholders for operational requirements.
- Prepare maintenance reports, asset records, and performance metrics for management review.
