Position: CUTTING MANAGER (Home Textile)
Requirements & Skills
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering (IE) is mandatory.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in Home Textile cutting operations.
Skills:
- Must have hands-on experience managing high production volumes.
- Candidate should have the capability to manage a production capacity of up to 5 to 6 million meters per month.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and team management skills.
- Good command of reporting and production control systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete cutting operations for Home Textile production.
- Ensure smooth execution of daily cutting plans to meet production targets.
- Handle manpower planning, machine utilization, and workflow management.
- Control fabric consumption, wastage, and cutting efficiencies.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, IE, Quality, and Store departments.
- Maintain production records, reporting, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity enhancement.
