WE ARE HIRING Executive Quantity Surveyor
Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantity) from interior drawings.
- Strong understanding of retail / clothing brand interior execution. Must be able to study technical drawings and prepare accurate quantities
- Site inspection & quality check experience
- Measurement verification, vendor and contractor
- coordination. Ability to manage site progress and check execution according to drawings.
- Good communication & reporting skills
- Experience in retail brand projects will be preferred
- Site visits and inspection.
- Ensuring work execution matches approved drawings and standards.
Qualification & Experience
- B.Sc. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture/ DAE (Civil).
- 02- 04 years of relevant experience.
Technical Skills
- BOQ (Bill of Quantities) Preparation
- Cost Estimation & Budgeting
- Vendor & Contractor Management
- Retail Fit-Out Knowledge
- Rate Analysis
- Project Cost Control
- Tendering & Procurement Support
- AutoCAD & Technical Drawing Understanding
- Knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works preferably in retail outlets.
