EXPERIENCE:
- 5-7 years of experience in leading multiple COCO sites or business units
- Experience profiles of OMC with hands-on experience of handling COCO sites will be preferred
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing or Related Field
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, coach, and develop Cluster Managers, Site Managers, and frontline teams.
- Drive sales targets for fuel, CNG, LPG, and lubricants while ensuring profitability.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, receivables, and P&L to maintain financial discipline.
- Ensure 100% compliance with SOPs, HSSE standards, and government regulations.
- Conduct market surveys, identify growth opportunities, and expand regional sales.
- Enhance customer service standards, resolve complaints, and run loyalty programs.
- Optimize stock management, logistics coordination, and technology-driven operations.
- Implement succession planning, workforce optimization, and structured training programs.
- Represent the company at industry forums; provide market and competitor insights.
- Drive continuous improvement, cost-saving measures, and safeguard company assets
