ROLE OVERVIEW: Join H. Nizam Din & Sons Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in textile manufacturing, and play a key role in ensuring world-class quality standards for global customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure all production & quality processes meet NIZAM’s standards and buyer requirements
- Lead inline & end-line inspections, drive first-time right (FTR) production
- Collaborate with Production, IE & PD teams to improve efficiency without compromising quality
- Implement Lean / Six Sigma practices for continuous improvement
- Mentor & train teams to build a culture of quality excellence
- Prepare for buyer audits & third-party inspections
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s in Textile / Industrial Engineering / Quality Management
- 5-8 years of apparel/textile quality assurance experience (denim & international brand exposure preferred)
- Strong knowledge of sewing, washing, finishing & garment quality parameters
- Skilled in Lean / Six Sigma, root cause analysis & reporting on KPIs (DHU, RFT, AQL)
- Excellent leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
