Job Responsibilities:
Supervised daily operations in the Butter & Cheese Cold Chain section, ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards (HACCP, ISO, GMP).
Monitored production processes, optimized yield and efficiency, and maintained accurate records and daily reports.
Managed cold chain protocols for proper handling and storage of temperature-sensitive dairy products.
Led, trained, and motivated production staff to meet targets while coordinating with QA, Maintenance, and Planning teams.
Troubleshot process issues, implemented SOPs, and ensured adherence to dairy food safety regulations.

Job Responsibilities:
· Monitor, maintain, and upgrade instrumentation and control systems, including PLCs and SCADA.
· Identify and resolve faults in control equipment to ensure optimal system performance.
· Supervise calibration of sensors, transducers, and related devices.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and document all maintenance activities.
· Train and support maintenance staff while collaborating with engineering teams on process improvements.
