📌 About the Role:
As a Customer Response Manager, you will be a central figure in maintaining clear, efficient, and professional communication with students, clients, and partners. From managing inquiries to nurturing long-term relationships, your contributions will ensure our commitment to excellence in education and innovation.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to the University and associated initiatives
Respond promptly and professionally via email, phone, and in person
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries and improve service workflows
Monitor and escalate feedback to enhance customer experience
Generate reports and share insights on communication trends

📘 Candidate Profile – Who Should Apply:

  • Master’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, Education, or related fields
  • Proven experience in customer service, client handling, or response management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong, confident personality with a calm, professional demeanour
  • Presentable and comfortable in front of the camera (for potential video interactions)
  • Skilled at problem-solving and handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus

Location: University of South Asia
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary Range: PKR 80,000 – 150,000
