We are Hiring Deputy Manager Glucose & Starches
Key Accountabilities
- To coordinate with the quality team to find process nonconformance and implement remedial action to avoid off-code production.
- Achieve production targets of quality, quantity & energy optimization.
- To ensure availability of manufacturing materials and supplies.
- To ensure appropriate storage of multiple product grades, proper packing material usage, and batch# marking on packing material.
- Identify process improvements and efficiency enhancements to optimize plant operations.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- BE (Chemical Engineering)
- 4-5 years of experience in the Starch manufacturing industry in Glucose & Modified Starches Operations
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) & SAP
- Problem-solving, data analysis, root cause analysis, 5S, Kaizen & WCM
