Qualification Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Experience 10+ years of relevant work experience in the hospitality sector.
Location Multiple Locations
Responsibilities/Skills:
- Ensure highest level of guest satisfaction by providing quality guest services as per hotel standards and ensure profitability of all revenue-generating outlets.
- Monitor present and future trends, practices, and systems in the hotel industry and determine and ensure execution of competitive programs.
- Establish and maintain a prominent level of visibility and involvement in the property and in business, social, and governmental communities.
- Ensure the hotel is maintained in excellent condition.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confident and outgoing personality.
