Job Opportunity: Manager Internal Audit
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Manager Internal Audit to join our dynamic team in Karachi. The role involves overseeing the internal audit function, ensuring compliance with policies, and evaluating internal controls to identify risks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing audit plans, collaborating with departments to enhance operational efficiency, and providing valuable insights to senior management for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute internal audits as per the annual audit plan.
Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Provide recommendations to improve processes and mitigate risks.
Prepare and present audit findings to senior management and the Board of Directors.
Conduct special investigations as required by the management.
Ensure timely follow-up on audit recommendations and action plans.
What We’re Looking For:
Professional qualification (ACCA/CA) or equivalent.
6-8 years of audit experience, preferably within an FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance.
Proficient in audit management tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
