Title: Manager / Senior Manager – IT Governance
Job Role & Requirements:
- Manage the IT governance model and processes in alignment with best practices or standards, aiming for flexibility and efficiency while striving for ongoing improvement to optimize effectiveness.
- Prepare, maintain, and periodically review IT policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines in collaboration with other departments to ensure compliance and obtain approvals.
- Conduct periodic reviews and raise awareness of policies.
- Ensure accurate mapping and updation of control objectives as needed for the assigned IT environment.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, effectively manage asset inventory, and maintain version control.
- Manage change initiatives, communicate effectively with stakeholders, address resistance, and ensure smooth transitions to minimize disruptions and maximize adoption.
- Implement a strategy to address the growing volume of audits, compliance checks, and external assessment processes conducted by both internal and external auditors, including observations for internal vulnerabilities and penetration testing.
- Supervise the validation activities of the Certification Body.
- Collaborate with compliance and audit departments to oversee governance and regulatory compliance matters effectively.
