- Experience: 15-20 years in the garment industry with hands-on experience in fashion gowns, surgical/medical wear, and scrubs.
Skills & Expertise:
- Extensive knowledge of garment industry processes, from fabric selection to final stitching.
- Expertise in pattern making and cutting for different garment types.
- Strong understanding of garment machinery and operations, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Ability to lead and train teams to optimize production and improve garment construction techniques.
- Problem-solving and innovation skills to enhance production methods and reduce waste.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the design, pattern making, and cutting processes for various garments.
- Ensure precision in garment construction, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Supervise and train cutting and stitching teams to enhance production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot machinery and production issues, ensuring seamless operations.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in garment manufacturing.
