IMPORTS EXECUTIVE (P1)
- To prepare report of Document retirement (weekly/monthly)
- To prepare report of Document intimation from Bank (weekly/monthly)
- To prepare a report of providing the Undertaking or acceptance latter to Bank (weekly/monthly)
- To coordinate with banks for collection and dispatch of original documents
- To supervise LC application and compulsory attachments of each purchase order and send to bank for LC opening.
- To coordinate with bank and request to generate the tracer message in case of supplier not received LC.
- To Prepare the LC opening on daily basis.
- To Ensure FI of all LCs as upload in PSW.
- To prepare CKD documents.
- Ensure to make the CKD documents as per PO and detail packing list & FTA.
- Ensure to submit CKD documents in China within 10 days after ETD.
Requirements:
- Education: B.S/M.S/BBA/MBA
- Experience: 2-3 Years of Relevant Experience

CCTV Officer
- Responsible to monitor, analyze, accurate records, stored data, log of all actions/incidents/accidents’ information & other reports to HOD.
- Keep privacy of all data, information related to CCTV operations and do not leak any single word outside the CCTV control room.
- Ensure safety/security of all HNR property, including boundary walls, factory/department premises, offices, entrances and exits through CCTV surveillance.
- Ensure proper checking of workers and vehicles at entrances/exits if found any unusual activity, must inform related to concern Incharge/HOD immediately.
- Ensure that all CCTV system matters are dealt professionally, efficiently as per defined SOP/policies.
- Identifying potential areas of safety/security non-compliance and assist the factory/department and HOD for improvement.
- To inform Safety staff on priority regarding the entry of Excavator, Crane, CP Bowser, LPG Bowser, Diesel Tank, Oxygen/Nitrogen Tank & R-410a/R32.
- Responsible to perform any other task assigned by HOD.
Requirements:
- Education: Intermediate preferably graduate
- Experience: 2-3 Years
