RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receiving Bulk orders from resellers, placing orders in SAP & getting them released from Finance.
Coordination with depot staff regarding Bulk orders and for dispatching TLs timely.
To generate sales reports from SAP on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Joining Fee DD Custodian, Processing, Submission and Sheet Maintenance.
Rental Coordination & Ledgers sharing with TMs.
Maintaining a record of Profitability statements of COCO sites and site-wise Monthly report preparation. Credit Limits Chqs, Promissory Notes Custodian & File Maintenance.
To keep a record of Daily TM’s Activity, Attendance & Location.
Development tracks updates. Coordinates Retail Sales & development activities with NSM & TMs. Also, share reports of Daily Sales data of retail outlets with TMs.
To coordinate with legal & timely preparation of leases after vetting from Legal & Engineering Department. To coordinate that all agreements, of retail development such as MOUS, RA’s, and NFRs are timely executed.
Maintaining Soft Records and Filing related to COCO’s Salary Sheets, Reconciliations, Audits, Shortages, Gain & Loss, and Profitability of COCO’s.
To ensure the development of the Back Office team. To keep the team fully abreast with the company system; keep them motivated. To ensure the perfect coordination is maintained with all concerned departments.
