Duties & Responsibilities
Hotel One, the leading and fastest growing limited services hospitality chain is looking to hire Resident Manager at Hotel One Mall – Lahore
- Ensure that profits are maximized and budgets are achieved.
- Responsible for Property profit & Loss.
- Increase service standards and F&B revenues through room service, banquets, take away and other avenues of business.
- Responsible to manage Operational and Food cost.
- Control all stocks and ensure Par-levels are maintained for accounting purposes.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders and staff.
- Continuously monitor guest satisfaction levels through feedback channels, surveys, and online reviews, and take proactive measures to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure HACCP standards are met at kitchen and outlets. Responsible to compliance with the quality standards mentioned by authorities.
- Closely monitor daily, Weekly and Monthly business reports and make decisions accordingly.
Eligibility Criteria
- Post-Graduation
- 8 to 10 years of experience, with 3 to 4 years in a similar role.
