Financial Planning Manager
We are looking for a dynamic person for the role of Financial Planning Manager. The role is responsible for preparation of annual budget, monthly forecasts and providing accurate and timely information to monitor on-going performance of business. Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting. Provide support to accounting team and active involvement in month-end closing activities with accounts manager. Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization. Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization. Ad hoc analysis required business unit heads. Partner with group finance manager for the preparation of feasibility and investment proposals.
The ideal candidate will have minimum CA, ACCA, MBA (Finance) ACMA, CPA will be preferred.
Required Skill Set:
- Ability to manage and prioritize competing deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills with experience in financial modeling.
- Must be proficient in cost and management accounting.
- Candidate should have experience of working in manufacturing industry coupled with practical working experience in ERP environment preferably SAP/Microsoft AX/ Oracle.

Sales Coordinator Genetics
The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in promoting and selling genetic testing products and services. This role involves managing customer relationships, processing orders, and ensuring smooth sales operations within the genetics sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management:
- Process and track customer orders for genetic tests, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with laboratories to monitor testing progress and resolve any issues.
Sales Data Management:
- Maintain and update sales databases and customer records related to genetic testing.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and assist in forecasting.
Reporting:
- Prepare regular sales reports, Dashboard and team tracking.
- Present findings to the sales team and management to inform strategy.
Marketing Coordination:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting genetic testing services.
- Assist in organizing educational events or webinars to inform clients about advancements in genetic testing.
Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for enhancing sales processes and customer experience within the genetics domain.
- Implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
- Experience in sales coordination or customer service, preferably in the healthcare or genetics sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Female will be preferred.
