Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for its Chemicals & Agri Sciences business based in Rahim Yar Khan.
Key Responsibilities:
− Achieve sales targets for agrochemicals across the entire region in line with the overall business strategy.
− Ensure full compliance with the Company’s HSE/Ethics policy, focusing particularly on product stewardship and road safety in response to business challenges.
− Provide regular updates to the NSM on new developments and changing trends in the market.
− Implement the marketing strategy effectively through the team to maximize the return on promotional spending.
− Develop relationships with customers at the dealer and farmer levels, and maintain good relations with relevant government departments, such as Agriculture Extension.
− Continuously improve the team’s capabilities to meet business objectives and enhance engagement levels while fostering a culture of trust and respect.
− Ensure the timely and accurate submission of reports and competition information.
− Recommend suitable customers and ensure timely settlements within defined time limits.
− Manage travel and development expenses effectively, optimizing the cost/benefit ratio.
− Seek new business opportunities to improve market share and team productivity.
