Experience:
- Hands-on experience in roads, housing societies, buildings, and sourcing of construction materials.
- Strong knowledge of civil work, projects, procurement materials, construction equipment, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in procurement software and systems (e.g., ERP Oracle SAP) and general office software (e.g., MS Office).
- Experience in identifying and engaging with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and securing favorable terms for technical and civil procurement needs.
- Ability to monitor market trends, manage the pre-qualification of vendors, and handle the registration of vendors.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s/DAE in Civil from a reputed institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil work or project procurement (preferred).
