- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of real estate experience is preferred.
- Proven experience in a debt recovery or collections role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing debt recovery.
- Proficiency in using debt recovery software and tools.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
