Position: Territory Sales Manager – Sheikhupura

Job Responsibilities

Achieve Brand/SKU sales targets monthly.
Maintain a continuously updated sales dashboard by town/territory.
Ensure execution of all Trade Promotions as per the Agreed Mechanics across territories.
Ensure availability and visibility standards through DSRs.
Ensure formation of PJPs & use Tools such as Google Maps to increase system efficiency.
Discourage Easy Selling by ensuring DSRs serve each and every scheduled outlet as per agreed PJP.
Conduct Morning & Sunset Sessions with DSRs and monitor performance of territories on daily basis.
Keep regular track of Field KPIs (Penetration & Bill/Outlet Productivity)
Ensure execution of all Trade Promotions as per the Agreed Mechanics across territories.
Ensure that all Trade Offers and Wholesale Discounts are passed on to Customers.
Minimize Damages by ensuring that Distributors follow proper Warehouse Standards & use FIFO.
Manage & Motivate Distributors for Mutual Business Growth
Competitors’ monitoring and feedback (trade offers, promotions, launch/re-launch)
Support ASM in miscellaneous tasks & projects assigned to Area.
Conduct field coaching of DSRs during market visits.
Coordinate with Distributors to appoint Sales Team and mechanical resource as required.
Ensure all financial claims submitted are timely, correct, and authentic.
Ensure Secondary Sales data reported via CCMS is timely and accurate.
Review hygiene of shop data on yearly basis with the support of Sales and MIS Teams
Ensure compliance against Company SOPs across the assigned region.
Ensure Distributors’ investment as per business need and plan investment enhancement.
Analyze and explore opportunities for Business Growth & Optimization
Provide feedback to AM for Optimizing Trade Activities as per Trade Inputs.
