Capital Tv has job opening for “Finance Executive” at its Islamabad Bureau.
Qualification: ICMA, ACCA, ACMA,
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Responsible to assist in following
- Supervising bookkeeping in QuickBooks Accounting Software.
- Bank & Vendor dealing
- Receipts & payments
- Monthly Bank Reconciliation.
- Submission of reports to the Directors as per the timeline provided by company in order to ensure timely consolidation of financial reports.
- Verification of Sales Invoices as per the company policy and procedure. Ensuring proper documentation and approvals are in place.
- Verification of invoices against the monthly Sales Report.
- Ensuring vendor payments are processed as per the payment terms.
- Reconciliation of payable and receivable accounts in order to ensure timely rectification of any discrepancy.
- Ensuring all related party accounts are reconciled and confirmed on a monthly basis.
- Coordination with external auditors to ensure the year-end audit is completed on a timely basis.
- Monthly/Quarterly Sales tax return.
- Annual Income Tax Return of the company.
Pay: Rs45,000.00 – Rs65,000.00 per month
