Position: Security Head
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Security Head to lead security staff, comprising 150 staff members, for our FMCG setup. The ideal candidate will be a retired Major Or retired Colonel with a minimum of 5 years of corporate experience in managing (ex-military) security teams. The Security Head will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and operations across the country.
Requirements: – Minimum Retired Major or Retired Colonel or equivalent rank from the military or paramilitary forces.
- Minimum 5 years of corporate experience in managing security teams.
- Strong leadership and management skills. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to travel extensively across the country but permanent station will be LAHORE.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of around 150 security staff nationwide. Develop and implement effective security strategies and proto cols. Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability studies to identify potential security threats. Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to ensure effective security measures. Develop and manage security budgets and resources. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Provide training and development programs for security staff. Conduct regular security audits and inspections. Develop and implement emergency response and crisis man agement plans. Liaise with senior management to ensure alignment with business objectives. Responsible for security staff hiring & firing. Responsible for the Payroll cycle of all security Staff.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (security management, business administration, etc) – Knowledge of security technologies and systems
