SIL-Footwear Gujrat is looking to hire a Deputy Manager Procurement (Leather).
Job Responsibilities:
1)- Have a proven track record of leather procurement and strong knowledge of leather and related product.
2)- Have a strong relationship with key leather suppliers in leather Industry.
3)- Have Sourcing experience of leather from local and international suppliers.
4)- Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and other conditions with suppliers
5)- Ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain inventory levels
6)- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and quality
7)- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, identify new sources, and evaluate their performance.
8)- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and logistics
9)- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
10)- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations
