The job description is as follows:
- Develop strategies for timely planning and testing of new products, formulation changes, and R&D initiatives. Ensure efficient resource allocation to meet project timelines and business objectives.
- Prepare testing timelines, design and execute process validation studies, and lead the validation and verification of analytical methods to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct stability and hold time studies for formulations, analyze data to make informed decisions on product shelf life, and oversee cleaning validation to meet cleanliness standards.
- Evaluate impacts of formulation and process changes on product quality, and coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to implement these changes effectively.
- Ensure all analytical operations comply with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards, establish and maintain procedures for regulatory compliance, and lead the development and optimization of analytical methods.
- Implement quality control measures, collaborate with quality assurance to address deviations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the analytical department.
- Provide training to analysts, develop and manage budgets for analytical operations, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
