WE ARE HIRING REGIONAL TRAINING MANAGE
Location: Multan
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and execute effective training programs for the sales team across the region.
- Ensure product knowledge, features and key selling points are effectively communicated and adopted.
- Build training plans, track performance and ensure continuous improvement in training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with business goals and market needs.
- Identify training needs, assess gaps and propose solutions for better team performance.
REQUIREMENTS
- EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- EXPERIENCE: 2–3 years of experience in training (preferably in the telecom industry).
- INDUSTRY EXPERTISE: Telecom industry experience in product training is a must.
