Kamal Limited is looking for an experienced and passionate professional to join our Knits Apparel Division as:
Deputy Manager – Knits Merchandising
Location: Sahianwala, Faisalabad
Division: Knits Apparel
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Engineering,/ BBA/ MBA in Marketing.
- At least 5–6 years of hands-on experience in knitwear or garment merchandising, preferably in a vertically integrated textile organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and manage yarn, fabric, and garment development activities, including Fit, Size Set, PP, Seal, and Photo Shoot Samples.
- Develop new styles as per buyer designs and protocols, including FIT, Size Set, and Photo Shoot Samples.
- Communicate with buyers regarding pricing, timelines, and technical issues.
- Manage approvals for trims, fabrications, and testing samples.
- Ensure timely submissions of samples, bulk approvals, and adherence to TNA plans.
- Ensure quality parameters, AQL standards, and testing protocols are met.
- Liaise with auditors, facilitate audits, and maintain close communication with buyers for on-time delivery.
